SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street :
21·24 perches.
Portion of Lot 1, D.P. 985, and being part Section 77, Block
XIV, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Lower Hutt),
(Hutt R.D.).

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
22/3417/8A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2342, and thereon
coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
December, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the fifth section of the Land
Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority enabling
me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation of the twelfth day of January, one
thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, in so far as it relates
to the land described in the Schedule hereto, and do declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said
lands shall be and are hereby withdrawn from disposal on
village-homestead settlement conditions.

Revocation of the Reservation of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and
pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses
of Parliament, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the nineteenth
day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six,
whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart
as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation
thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accord-
ingly.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, con-
taining approximately 1,300 acres, and described generally
as follows :—

All that area, containing approximately 100 acres, situated
in Block XI, Whangape Survey District, and bounded gene-
rally as follows : Towards the north by Paihia No. 1A No. 1
and No. 1M ; towards the east and south by State Forest
No. 6 (Gazette, 1886, page 55) ; and towards the west by
Whakarawerua A No. 1B.

Also all that area, containing approximately 1,000 acres,
situated in Blocks V and XII, Whangape Survey District,
and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north by
Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block V aforesaid ; towards the south-
east by Whakarapa A No. 43 and A No. 42 ; towards the
south by State Forest No. 6 aforesaid ; and towards the north-
west by Paihia No. 1B and Rotokakahi A No. 3C No. 2E and
A No. 3C No. 2D.

And also all that area, containing approximately 200 acres,
situated in Block XV, Whangape Survey District, and
bounded generally as follows : Towards the north-east by
the Waihou River and Waihou Lower A No. 34 ; towards
the south-east by Waihou Lower A No. 34 aforesaid : and
towards the south-west, west, and north-west by State Forest
No. 6 aforesaid.

As the same are more particularly delineated in plan
No. 4/4, deposited in the Head office of the State Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
December, 1929.

pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses

of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, whereby the

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District contain-
ing by admeasurement 372 acres, more or less, and being
Sections 20 and 21, Block VI, Waoku Survey District. As
the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 7/10,
deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
December, 1929.
