Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of that part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 69, which was set apart by Proclamation dated the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and gazetted on the twelfth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be a provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing by estimation 870 acres, more or less, being part of Blocks XVIII and XIX, Crookston Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north and north-east generally by a public road, 31·2, 1044·0, 1089·3, 995·8, 2359·3, 1540·0, 1854·3, 1411·1, 601·3, 2491·0, 1223·6, 1373·2, 548·6, and 377·4 links; towards the south-east and east generally by Section 42, Block I, 1775 links and 3900 links; towards the south-west, south, and south-east generally by an unsurveyed road-line, 21500 links; and towards the west by Sections 6 and 7, Block XIV, 10469·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 43888, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of December, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Tiger Hill Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 35 acres 3 roods 18 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Runs 220c and 220d and Section 1, Block XIV, Tiger Hill Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/9/158, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2341, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of December, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Lower Hutt described in the Schedule hereto.
