SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.

Kaitieke County.—Kaitieke Survey District.

(Exempt from rates, rent, or interest for a period of three years.)

SECTION 5, Block XV: Area, 963 acres. Capital value, £360. Deposit on deferred payments, £20; half-yearly instalments on deferred payments, £11 1s. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, £7 4s.

Weighted with £300, value of improvements consisting of felling, grassing, fencing, whare, and concrete dip. This amount may either be paid in cash, or secured to the State Advances Superintendent on first mortgage; term, twenty years; interest at 6 per cent. per annum.

Access is from National Park Railway-station, which is about eight miles distant by formed clay road. Approximately 70 acres easy undulating land; balance steep and broken. Four hundred acres have been felled, of which 300 acres have reverted, and 100 acres are in grass; 563 acres are in standing bush. The soil is of light quality loam resting on papa and sandstone formation. Altitude, 1,600 ft. to 2,000 ft. above sea-level.

Appointing Members of the Survey Board under the Surveyors Registration Act, 1928.
