A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Cape Survey District, described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 2 19·0 Section 5; coloured pink.
1 0 34·2 Section 5; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 2·5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 5; coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Cape Survey District (Tataraimaka R.D.).

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76911, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1929.

Closed Street in the Borough of Te Awamutu added to an adjoining Endowment.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land comprised in the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, and closed by Proclamation published in Gazette No. 66, page 2570, of third October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, to be added to the adjacent endowment likewise described in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land added to the adjacent endowment: 39·6 perches.

Being closed street adjoining Allotment 145, Town of Te Awamutu (Endowment in aid of Borough Funds).

Situated in the Borough of Te Awamutu, Block VI, Puniu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25236.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76322, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1929.

Land taken for the Purposes of an Access-way from Connaught Terrace to Fortunatus Street, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act, 1919, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an access-way, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·82 perches.

Being portion of Lot 223, D.P. 864, and being part Section 12.

Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington), (Ohio R.D.). (S.O. 2344.)

In the Wellington Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76705, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
