A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Awitu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 17 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 28, Waitara Parish.

Situated in Block VIII, Awitu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25213.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76939, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1929.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 28 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 186, Whangamarino Parish; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 25ยท5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 64 and 186, Whangamarino Parish; coloured green.

All situated in Block XIII, Piako Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25290.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
