Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Street
Purposes and in connection with Street-widening at the
Corner of Pipitea Street and Mulgrave Street, in the City
of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eleventh day
of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 51, of the eighteenth
day of the same month, taking land for street purposes and
in connection with street-widening at the corner of Pipitea
Street and Mulgrave Street, in the City of Wellington, as
affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land
being no longer required for the purpose for which it was
taken.

perches.
Being portion of Section 539.
Situated in the City of Wellington (Town of Wellington
R.D.). (S.O .2437).
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the
Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

Altering the Boundaries of the Hobson Electric-power District

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act,
1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in
that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
alter the boundaries of the Hobson Electric-power District
so as to include the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COUNTY OF WHANGAREI.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 1,
Block II, Tutamoe Survey District; thence proceeding
easterly along the Mangakahia River to the western boundary
of Section 3, Block XV, Punakitere Survey District, and
along that boundary and the northern boundary to the
Mangakahia River, and along that river to the north-eastern
boundary of the Aukumeroa Block; thence along said
boundary to the Mangakahia River, down that river to the
Awarua River, and up the last-mentioned river to a point
in line with the northern boundary of the middle part of the
Nukutawhiti Block; thence to and along that boundary,
the western and northern boundaries of Kaikou No. 3 Block,
the northern boundary of Mangakowhara Block, the western
and northern boundaries of Section 13, Block XIII, Hukerenui
Survey District, the western boundaries of Sections 24 and 23,
Block IX, Hukerenui Survey District, the northern boundary
of Section 23, the eastern boundaries of Sections 23 and 24,
