Mokau Riding, and bounded towards the north generally by the said Mokau Riding, as described in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 83, page 2759, for the thirtieth day of September, 1920, to its junction with Clifton County boundary; thence towards the east and south generally by Clifton County boundary, as described in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 18, page 627, for the fourteenth day of March, 1929, to a point in the Waitara River in line with the southern boundary of Section 2, Block X, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence to and by the south boundary of Section 2; thence towards the west by the western boundary of Section 2 to the Okoke Road; thence northerly along the west side of Okoke Road to a point in line with the north-west boundary produced of Section 5, Block X, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence across the Okoke Road to and along the north-west boundary of the said Section 5, along the west boundary of Section 9, Block VI, Upper Waitara Survey District, to the Kaka Road; thence north-westerly along the west sides of the Kaka and Mangamaeho Roads to a point in line with the east boundary produced of Section 12, Block II, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence northerly and westerly along the east and north boundaries of said Section 12, Block II, and Sections 28 and 15, Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District, to the Mokau Road; thence northerly by the east boundary produced of Section 15, Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District, to the north side of Mokau Road; thence by the north side of Mokau Road to the south-east corner of Section 31, Block I, Upper Waitara Survey District; thence north-easterly along the east boundary of said Section 31 to the Wai-iti Road; thence northerly along the west side of Wai-iti Road to a point in line with the east boundary produced of Section 68, Block X, Mimi Survey District; thence northerly along the boundaries between Blocks X and XI, and between Blocks VI and VII, Mimi Survey District, to Section 1, Block VII, Mimi Survey District; thence easterly and northerly by the east boundary of said Section 1 to the Gilbert Road; thence due north by a right line across the Gilbert Road; thence westerly by the north side of the Gilbert Road to its junction with the road reserve; thence due west by a right line to the Tasman Sea; thence north-east along the sea-coast to the south-west corner of Mokau Riding, the point of commencement.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Lands for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of December, then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.โCROWN LAND.
Tuhua Survey District.
SECTION 2, Block I: Area, 994 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of December, 1929.

Land proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the lands described in the Schedule hereto (being lands heretofore held under the tenures specified in the said Schedule) have been acquired, and it is expedient that the said lands should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the dates specified in the said Schedule the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which were set apart as national-endowment lands under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land.

NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
Otago Land District.
SECTIONS 56 and 57, Block XII, Lower Hawea Survey District: Area, 10 acres. Tenure: Renewable lease. Date: 26th April, 1929.
Westland Land District.
Section 2912, Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District: Area, 107 acres. Tenure: Renewable lease. Date: 22nd April, 1929.
Section 3117, Block XIII, Mawheraiti Survey District: Area, 52 acres 2 roods. Tenure: Renewable lease. Date: 16th September, 1929.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 2 roods 20ยท89 perches.
Portion of Suburban Section 565, Town of Carnarvon, situated in Block V, Te Kauwau Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2110, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2337, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1929.
