GENERAL DESCRIPTION.
Raupo Settlement is situated on the north and south banks of the Grey River, about twenty-eight miles from Greymouth, by formed and metalled road, in the Totara Flat district, which is one of the richest farming districts on the West Coast, and is adjacent to the Greymouth-Reefton railway and Raupo Railway-station. The settlement, which comprises about 806 acres, is being divided into four sections, which (with liming and top-dressing) should make good dairy farms.
These sections, which comprise principally level land, are situated within one mile of Te Kuiti Post-office and railway-station, and are most suitable for residential or business purposes.
