A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—CANTERBURY-OTAGO FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part State Forest No. 93 (Part Naseby Plantation).
Total Area: 2,948 acres 1 rood 14 perches.
ALL those areas in the Otago Land District containing by admeasurement 2,948 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less, and described as follows:—
All that area containing by admeasurement 2,801 acres 2 roods 14 perches, more or less, being Section 17, Block VI, Naseby Survey District, and part of Pastoral Run 219c, situated in Blocks V and VI, Naseby Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north and east by other part of Pastoral Run 219c; towards the south by a public road; again towards the east by Sections 16 and 9, Block VI aforesaid; again towards the south by Sections 19 and 18, Block VI aforesaid; towards the north-west by a reserve along the East Eweburn; again towards the south and towards the south-west by a public road; and towards the north-west by a public road and Pastoral Run 306. Save and the intersecting public roads and the Mount Ida and Surprise Water-race Reserves.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 146 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Sections 7 and 26, Block VI, Naseby Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by Section 8, Block VI aforesaid; towards the north-east and south-east by a public road; and towards the west by Section 19, Block VI aforesaid.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan numbered 176/9, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Proclaiming Land in the Wellington Land District to be subject to the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925, and shall hereafter form part of the Hutt Valley Settlement.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 29·76 perches, more or less,
being part of Sections 15 and 77, Hutt Registration District, and being part of Lot 2, D.P. 985, situated in the Borough of Lower Hutt. As the same is delineated on plan numbered 169/30, deposited in the Wellington District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered neutral tint.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the banks of Butler’s Creek described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected.
SCHEDULE.
PORTION of the banks of Butler’s Creek in the Westland Land District, adjoining Section 76, Block XIV, Wataroa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73351, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of February, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the milk-supply of the City of Wellington, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
