Declaring Town Land to be subject to the Provisions of Section 10
of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section ten of the Land Laws
Amendment Act, 1927, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto,
being lands classified as town land, and being available for
disposal by way of sale under section one hundred and thirty
of the Land Act, 1924, to be subject to the provisions of the
said section ten.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND.

Auckland City.—Town of Orakei.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of November, 1929.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the area of Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart
and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to
discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and
declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged
soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the
said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke
the Proclamation made on the sixth day of December, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the
Gazette of the ninth day of December, then instant, setting
apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the
Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it
relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.
