A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 29·5 perches.

Being portion of Section 8.

Situated in Block XVI, Tairua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24942.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-widening, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for street purposes: 4·79 perches.

Being portion of Sections 596 and 609, Town of Wellington; coloured blue.


SECOND SCHEDULE.
