A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tangihua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76602, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1929.

Declaring that Portion of the Right Bank of the Puriri Stream in Block XIII, Thames Survey District, shall be protected.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the right bank of the Puriri Stream described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected.

SCHEDULE.

PORTION of the right bank of the Puriri Stream, in the Auckland Land District, adjoining Rauhuia No. 2A Block and Rauhuia Block, Block XIII, Thames Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76442, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of October, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood.

Being Section 80.

Situated in Block IX, Town of Pembroke.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74780, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of October, 1929.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 26Β·4 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part R.S. 321.

Situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2124.)

In the Canterbury Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76422, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments.

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.

ORAHIRI SURVEY DISTRICT.

HAUTURU East B No. 2 Block, Section 2E No. 1: Approximate area, 734 acres.

Hauturu East B No. 2 Block, Section 2E No. 4: Approximate area, 528 acres.
