The South-eastern Side of Portion of Liverpool Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of September, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :—
“That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Liverpool Street adjoining part Allotments 11 and 12 of Section 37, City of Auckland ”;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Liverpool Street, fronting part Allotments 11 and 12 of Section 37, City of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75991, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western and Southern Sides of Portions of Little York Street, in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of September, 1929.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the portions of street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
‘ The Christchurch City Council, having control of Little York Street in the City of Christchurch, hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south and west sides of the said street ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western and southern sides of the portions of Little York Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Little York Street, fronting part R.S. 48A, City of Christchurch.
Also the southern side of the portion of the said street fronting part R.S. 48A, City of Christchurch.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76298, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76149, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Fergusson Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of September, 1929.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the north-western side of Fergusson Street, in the said city where such portion of street abuts on part of Section 394R, Block VI, Town District, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Fergusson Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Fergusson Street, adjoining part Section 394R, Block VI, Town District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76283, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown and edged red.
