TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE A ROAD.
The Public Works Act, 1928, and Amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes to take the pieces of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act for the purposes of a public road; and also that a plan showing the lands required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Spring Street, Tauranga, and is open for public inspection during business hours; and also that all persons affected by the taking of the said land shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of said land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the 29th day of August, 1929, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the office of the Tauranga County Council aforesaid, addressed to the undersigned.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JOHN DUNCAN and CHARLES McGHIE, carrying on business as Motor-garage Proprietors at Clinton under the style of “Clinton Motor-garage,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 20th day of August, 1929, and the said business will henceforth be carried on by the said Charles McGhie on his own account under the firm’s name. All debts due to the said partnership firm will be received at the office of the late firm, and all debts owing by the said firm shall be paid by the said Charles McGhie.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned JAMES HENRY JOHNSTON, THOMAS HENRY MERRICK HAM, and JAMES WALTER PUCKEY, carrying on business at Invercargill as Furriers, &c., under the name of Ham and Puckey “The Arctic,” was, on the 1st day of August, 1929, dissolved by mutual consent. The business will henceforth be carried on by the said James Henry Johnston and Thomas Henry Merrick Ham, who will pay and discharge all liabilities and receive all moneys payable to the late firm.
