THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 55, folio 157, for Allotments 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of Subdivision 9 of Section 36, Block X, Ngaere Survey District, containing (9 acres 3 roods 36 perches), and being the balance of the land in the said certificate of title whereof LIDDLE NAIRN, of Eltham, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title, I hereby give notice of my intention to cancel the said certificate of title and to issue a new certificate of title for the said land, as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
Dated at the Land Registry Office, New Plymouth, this 26th day of August, 1929.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of WILLIAM HUNTER, of Palmerston North, Accountant, for 2 roods 25·9 perches, more or less, being part of Subdivision 5, Hoko-whitu Native Reserve, being also Lots 3, 4, and part of Lot 1 on deposited plan No. 7735, and being also the balance of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 381, folio 173, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional memorandum of lease in the name of GEORGE WILLIAM CURRIE, of Wanganui, Solicitor, and RERE EDWARD NICHOLSON, of Levin, Settler, for 85 acres 2 roods 34 perches, more or less, being the land known as Pukenui Number 2A, and being also part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 8, folio 40, and all the land comprised in memorandum of lease No. 18266, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said memorandum of lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional memorandum of lease as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a surrender of lease of worker’s dwelling No. 29, Register-book Vol. 157, folio 126, affecting Section 5, Walker Settlement, Block XI, Christchurch Survey District, whereof NICOL JAMES KIDD, of Lower Riccarton, Mechanic, is the registered lessee, and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the said lease, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to register such surrender of lease, dispensing with the production of the said outstanding duplicate, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
