IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangaorongo Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres 2 roods 20·6 perches.

Being portion of part Rangitoto A No. 56B.

Situated in Block XI, Mangaorongo Survey District. (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25020.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75686, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of July, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a branch railway from the Kawakawa-Hokianga (N.A.M.T.) Railway, Ngapuhi northwards (Okoro Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a roadman's paddock; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11 acres 1 rood 25 perches.

Being portion of Lot 7 on D.P. 12323.

Situated in Block II, Te Atiamuri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25024.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
