NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of VILLAS LIMITED held at the registered office of the company on the 21st day of January, 1929, the following resolution was passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WILLIAM PARK, of Wellington, Company Manager, be appointed Liquidator.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council resolved on the 21st January, 1929, as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges of a loan of ninety-four thousand pounds (£94,000), (to be known as “The Wellington City Improvements and Melrose Streets and Tramways Loans Repayment Loan, 1929”), authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of four loans maturing on the 1st day of September, 1929, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-eighth of a penny (⅛d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-six (26) years from the 1st day of September, 1929, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council resolved on the 21st January, 1929, as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of one hundred and thirty thousand pounds (£130,000), (to be known as “The Wellington City Wainui Waterworks Loan 1880 Repayment Loan, 1929”), authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the liability in respect of a loan of one hundred and thirty thousand pounds (£130,000) which matures on the 1st day of September, 1929, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of thirty-three two-hundredths of a penny (33/200d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-one (31) years from the 1st day of September, 1929, or until the loan is fully paid off.
