relates to the shops affected by this notice, as from the date
of the coming into operation of this notice.
And whereas the said requisition is signed by not less than
two-thirds of the occupiers of tobacconists’ shops within the
said borough, notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section
25 of the Shops and Offices Amendment Act, 1927, all other
shops within the said borough in which smoking requisites
are sold shall be closed at the same hours as are set out herein
for tobacconists’ shops.
