Alfred Greville Walker, Esquire, Civil Engineer, Auckland,

to be a Board for the purpose of hearing an appeal lodged by Douglas Ramsay Cargill Mowbray, against the decision of the Takapuna Borough Council in respect of an application for the approval of that Council to a proposed Subdivision of certain land in the Borough of Takapuna.

to be District Public Trustee at Waipukurau, as from the 1st day of July, 1929.

to be Deputy Official Assignee for the Northern and Taranaki Supreme Court Districts for the purposes of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, as from the 10th day of June, 1929.

I, ROY FELLOWES BAIRD, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Napier and District Harbour League (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908. Major P. H. Bell, D.S.O., N.Z. Staff Corps, having returned to New Zealand, ceases to be attached to the Samoa Military Police, relinquishes the appointment of Officer Commanding Samoa Military Police, dated 29th May, 1929, and is appointed Staff Officer in Charge No. 4 Regimental District, Hamilton. Dated 30th May, 1929.

Captain G. Dittmer, M.C., N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Staff Officer in Charge No. 4 Regimental District, Hamilton, dated 29th May, 1929, and is appointed Staff Officer in Charge No. 2 Regimental District, Paeroa. Dated 1st June, 1929.
