A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (Kirikopuni Section).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 13 perches. Being portion of part Section 50, being part of Walton’s Grant No. 1A.
Situated in Block VII, Tangihua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25151.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75267, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of June, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Christchurch described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 1·7 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 4218 (Canterbury R.D.), City of Christchurch.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75324, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 12 perches.
Being portion of Section 796.
Situated in Block VIII, Castlepoint Survey District (Whareama R.D.). (S.O. 1706.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
