ERRATA.—In Proclamation dated the 17th May, 1929,
and published in the Gazette No. 38, page 1442, of the
23rd May, 1929, setting apart national-endowment land as
a provisional State forest for “No. 184” read “No. 128.”
In the Proclamation dated 12th June, 1929, declaring a
portion of railway reserve at Kaiwarra to be Crown land,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 46, of 20th
June, 1929, pages 1688 and 1689, in body of Proclamation
for “Section five of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909,”
read “Section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928.”
Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the South-
land Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the area of Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart
and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to
discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner pro-
vided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 16, Block VIII, Waikawa Survey District : Area,
14 acres 0 roods 28 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
June, 1928.

Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the area of settlement land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is
hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of
sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in
the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 130, Okato District, Block II, Cape Survey District :
Area, 1 acre 0 roods 25 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
June, 1929.

required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown
land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land : 136 acres 3 roods 19 perches.
Being portion of Section 2, Block I, Coneburn Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75604,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
June, 1929.
