purchased, or acquired at any time under this or any other Act or Provincial Ordinance, or otherwise howsoever, for any public work is not required for such public work the Governor-General may, by an Order in Council publicly notified and gazetted, cause the same to be sold under the conditions set forth in the said Act :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 2 roods 38·1 perches and 2 roods 21 perches.

Portions of Railway Reserve, Proclamation No. 745 (Pukekauwērē No. 1), Block VI, Kumeu Survey District, Waitemata County. (S.O. 25201, blue.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 247, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of May, 1929.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

George William Coster,
Thomas Dowling,
Michael Alexander Kinney,
Hugh McAuley,
James Bell McGill,
Thomas Ramsay, and
Thomas Taylor

to be the Hyde Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. H. McAuley, Hyde, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

HYDE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 82 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Sections 51, 52, 54, 55, 57, and 58, and closed road, Section 1290R, Block VII, Rock and Pillar Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east generally by a public road, 3658·2 links; towards the south by Section 42, 2866·3 links; towards the west and south by Section 59, 300 links and 1319·1 links respectively; towards the west and north generally by a road reserve along the bank of the Taieri River, 2844·2 links and 1502·7 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that area in the Otago Land District containing by admeasurement 4 acres 0 roods 37 perches, more or less, being Section 62, Block VII, Rock and Pillar Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by part Section 19, 734·6 links, 794·4 links, and 347·1 links respectively; and towards the north-west by a public road, 829·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/116, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
