THE following special order made by the Mangaweka Town Board on the 9th April, 1929, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.

SPECIAL ORDER.
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Mangaweka Town Board hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the plant known as Hemlock shall be a noxious weed within the Mangaweka Town District.
Child Welfare Amendment Act, 1927.
IN pursuance of the power vested in me by section 6, subsection (1), of the Child Welfare Amendment Act, 1927, I, Harry Atmore, Minister of Education, do hereby notify that the premises set forth in the Schedule below have been registered as from the date hereof as Children’s Homes for the purposes of the said Act.
