A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Auckland described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street : 19⋅3 perches.
Being portion of Crown land, being formerly portion of Allotment 29, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (City of Auckland.) (S.O. 24503).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73910, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of January, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tutamoe Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre 1 rood 5⋅9 perches.
Being portion of Section 7.
Situated in Block XV, Tutamoe Survey District. (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24625.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74199, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of January, 1929.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block XV, Pigeon Bay Survey District, Akaroa County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Canterbury as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 acres 2 roods 23 perches.
Being portion of R.S. 187.
Situated in Block XV, Pigeon Bay Survey District. (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2080.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74194, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of January, 1929.

Altering the Route of the Christchurch-Russley Road Junction via Burnside Road Main Highway in the Waimairi County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of January, 1929.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth, from the date of gazetting of this Order in Council, declare that the portion of main highway described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be a main highway, and doth further declare that the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto shall become part of a main highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the Main Highways Act, 1922.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
CHRISTCHURCH-RUSSLEY ROAD JUNCTION VIA BURNSIDE ROAD.
ALL that road or portion of road in the Waimairi County commencing at the junction of Woolridge's Road and Burnside Road in Section 199, Block 10, Christchurch Survey District, and proceeding generally in a north-westerly direction via the said Burnside Road, and terminating at its junction with the Masham-Belfast Main Highway at the southernmost point of Section R. 324, Block 6, Christchurch Survey District, being a distance of 50 chains, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 74212, and thereon coloured red and marked “A-C.”

SECOND SCHEDULE.
CHRISTCHURCH-RUSSLEY ROAD JUNCTION VIA BURNSIDE ROAD.
ALL those roads or portions of road in the Waimairi County commencing at the junction of Woolridge's Road and Burnside Road in Section 199, Block 10, Christchurch Survey District, and proceeding generally in a westerly direction via the said Woolridge's Road and Coringa Road, and terminating at the junction of the said Coringa Road and the Masham-Belfast Main Highway at the south-western corner of Section 1089, Block 10, Christchurch Survey District, being a distance of 65 chains, more or less. Shown on plan P.W.D. 74212, and thereon coloured blue and marked “A-B.”
