Altering Boundaries of Auckland and Suburban Drainage District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board has presented a memorial requesting that the area described in such memorial be declared to form part of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District (hereinafter referred to as “the said district”):

And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the inclusion of such area in the said district will prove beneficial to the inhabitants and the owners of property therein:

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in that behalf by section ninety-five of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be included in and form part of the said district.


SCHEDULE.

AREA TO BE INCLUDED IN AUCKLAND AND SUBURBAN DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded towards the north generally by Waitemata Harbour from Hobson Bay to the north-western corner of Section No. 40a, Parish of Waitemata, Rangitoto Survey District; thence towards the east by said Section No. 40a and Sections No. 39a to Purewa Creek; thence towards the south generally by Purewa Creek and Orakei Creek; and towards the west generally by Hobson Bay aforesaid.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 19th day of January, 1929.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks X and XI, Opotiki, and III, Waioeka Survey Districts, Opotiki County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Opotiki and Waioeka Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
5 0 9 Section 441, Waiotahi Parish, Blocks X and XI, Opotiki, and III, Waioeka Survey Districts; coloured pink.
1 0 20 Section 375B, Waiotahi Parish, Blocks X, Opotiki, and III, Waioeka Survey Districts; coloured purple.
0 0 9·5 River-bed (Waioeka River), Block III, Waioeka Survey District; coloured sepia.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73532, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of January, 1929.
