IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as roads the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 7 perches, more or less, being closed road Section 1331R, Block X, Oamaru Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Section 64, 609.3 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 53.1 links; towards the south by Section 2 of 65, 570.4 links; and towards the south-west by a public road, 75.6 links.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
FIRSTLY, all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 38 acres 0 roods 26.1 perches, more or less, being part of Section 2 of 65, Block X, Oamaru Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by a public road, 1040.3 links; towards the north-east and north generally by a public road, 346.9 links, 199.5 links, 324.5 links, 233.5 links, and 111.6 links; again towards the north-east by a public road, 482.1 links and 922.4 links; towards the south by Section 66, 2551.1 links; and towards the west by Section 1 of 65, 1751.2 links.
