land, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of St. Francis de Sales Street adjoining part Lots 71 and 72 and Lot 73 of Allotment 14, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, nor to that portion of Dunedin Street adjoining Lot 78 and part Lots 79 and 80 of Allotment 14, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of St. Francis de Sales Street nor the south-western side of the portion of Dunedin Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of St. Francis de Sales Street, in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, fronting Lots 1 and 7 of a subdivision of Allotment 14, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

Also the south-western side of all that portion of Dunedin Street, situated in the said land district and city, and fronting Lots 5 and 6 of a subdivision of Allotment 14, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74788, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Ching’s Road and the North-western Side of Portion of a Road in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1929.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the portions of roads affected by such resolution being described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:

“The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the north-western side of the public road fronting Section 16, Block IV, Waimea Survey District, neither shall the said section one hundred and seventeen apply to the eastern side of that length of road known as Ching’s Road where such road fronts Lots 1 and 2 of Section 16, Block IV, Waimea Survey District”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Ching’s Road (described in the Schedule hereto) or the north-western side of portion of a road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of portion of road known as Ching’s Road, situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, fronting Lots 1 and 2 of Section 16, Block IV, Waimea Survey District.

Also the north-western side of portion of a road in the said land district and county fronting part Section 16, Block IV, Waimea Survey District.

As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72917, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taieri County Council on the twenty-second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the portions of roads affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:

“The Taieri County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taieri, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the district road on the eastern boundary of Sections 45, 46, and 47, Green Island Bush Survey District, a distance of 1500 links; also to the district road on the southern boundary of Sections 54 and 63, Block VII, Dunedin, and East Taieri Survey District, a distance of 3000 links”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of the roads (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of roads.

THE western side of all that portion of road in the Otago Land District, County of Taieri, fronting Sections 45, 46, and 47, Green Island Bush Survey District.

Also the northern side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county fronting Sections 54 and 63, Block VII, Dunedin, and East Taieri Survey District.

As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74839, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“The Wanganui City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wanganui, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the street known as Gibson Street adjoining Lots 1, 2, and 3 on deposited plan 8700 and Lots 17A and 18A on deeds plan 145, a distance of 596·48 links, and that portion of the street known as Rotherham Street adjoining Lots 18A, 17B, 17C, and 17D on deeds plan 145, a distance of 483 links”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Gibson Street (described in the
