The Eastern Side of Portion of Federal Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1929.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the fourteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :
“ That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Federal Street adjoining Lots 1 and 5 of Allotment 11, Section 22, City of Auckland ” ;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Federal Street, fronting Lots 1 and 5 of Allotment 11, Section 22, City of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74834, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Glenmore Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :
“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the western side of Glenmore Street fronting that part of Section 10, W.D. plan 375, beginning at the north-east corner and extending in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 91·28 links, the whole being part of Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Glenmore Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Glenmore Street, fronting part Orangi Kaupapa No. 10, W.D. plan 375, Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74182, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A New Street off Lake Road, and Portion of Street, being an Extension of Gibbon’s Road, in the Borough of Takapuna, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line in respect of the New Street off Lake Road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Takapuna Borough Council on the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the street and portion of street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :
“ That the roads in Mr. W. Blomfield’s subdivision, part Lot 9, and Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14, being part of Allotment 31, Section 1, Parish of Takapuna, be exempted from the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of the new street off Lake Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT new street off Lake Road and that portion of street being an extension of Gibbon’s Road situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Takapuna, fronting Lots 3 and 4, and 7 to 31 of part Lots 9 and 12, and of Lots 11, 13, and 14 of Allotment 31, Section 1, Parish of Takapuna. As the said street and portion of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74908, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
