subsisting between JOHN McGREGOR and WILLIAM
ANDERSON, carrying on business as Service Station Pro-
prietors at Main Road, North-east Valley, Dunedin, under the
style of the "Super Service Station," has been dissolved as
from the 19th day of March, 1929. All debts due to and owing

NOTICE TO PRODUCERS AND OWNERS OF FRUIT.
NOTICE is hereby given that the NEW ZEALAND FRUIT
EXPORT CONTROL BOARD, constituted by the Fruit
Control Act, 1924, in exercise of the power and authority vested
in it by the said Act, intends to assume as from the 29th day of
April, 1929, limited control, to the extent hereinafter mentioned
of all fruit to which that Act applies-namely, apples and
pears-produced in every district in which Part I of the said
Act is in operation-namely, the Provincial Districts of
Auckland, Taranaki, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, Marlborough,
Nelson, and Canterbury-and intended for export from New
Zealand to the United Kingdom, the Continent of Europe, the
Dominion of Canada, and South America; and that in
exercise of such limited control the Board will from time to
time fix and nominate the markets and places (in the countries
to which the said fruit shall be exported) wherein it shall be
sold and disposed of ; and will from time to time appoint
agents and brokers for the handling, sale, and disposal of the
said fruit.
