IT is hereby notified that, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section 35 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, the under-mentioned persons have been appointed rangers under and for the purposes of that Act for the Whangarei Acclimatization District :—

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921-22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Charles Earnshaw White, of the Public Trust Office, Wellington, to be Deputy of the District Public Trustee, Blenheim, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his head-quarters, and all previous appointments in this behalf are hereby revoked.
