THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waitaki County Council on the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, viz. :
"The Waitaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waitaki, doth hereby by resolution authorize the dedication of the proposed roads (Carisbrook Street and Warwick Street) coloured blue on plan marked P.W.D. 73622, being part Sections 16, 18, 20, 23, Block I, Oamaru Survey District, at a width of 75·7 links";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed roads, described in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said roads.

SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed road in the Otago Land District, County of Waitaki, to be known as Carisbrook Street, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, being part Sections 16 and 18, Block I, Oamaru Survey District, Township of Redcastle.
Also that proposed road in the said land district and county to be known as Warwick Street, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 19·9 perches, more or less, being part Sections 20 and 23, Block I, Oamaru Survey District, Township of Redcastle.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73622, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

The Southern Side of Portion of Vivian Street, and the Western Side of Portion of Mt. Edgecumbe Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 11th day of February, 1929.
Present :
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the nineteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, viz. :
"That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply—
(a) To that portion of the southern side of Vivian Street to which Section 345, New Plymouth, has frontage ;
nor
(b) To that portion of the western side of Mt. Edgecumbe Street to which Section 345 has frontage ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Vivian Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Vivian Street, fronting Section 345, Town of New Plymouth.
Also the western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough known as Mt. Edgecumbe Street, fronting Section 345, Town of New Plymouth.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74209, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Marton Borough Council on the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :
"That the Marton Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Marton, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that street known as Follett Street, adjoining Lots 89, 90, 91, and 92 on deposited plan No. 14, part Section 17, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected in the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Follett Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Marton, known as Follett Street, adjoining Lots 89, 90, 91, and 92, D.P. 14, being part Section 17, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74569, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

"That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to those portions of streets known as Durham Street West and Durham Lane, adjoining part Allotment 6, Section 16, City of Auckland ";
such portions of streets being described in the Schedule hereto.
