Land proclaimed as a Road in Rotoma and Rangitaiki Upper Survey Districts, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Rotoma and Rangitaiki Upper Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Portion of
10 3 36 Section 10 (E.R.), Block VIII, Rotoma Survey District; coloured red.
2 2 23 Section 2, Block V, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District; coloured blue.
5 1 12 Section 2, Block V, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District; coloured blue.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5/141, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2289, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1929.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 0 roods 29 perches.
Being portion of Section 11 (E.R.).
Situated in Block XI, Waihua Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 896.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68010 (sheet 1), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1929.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood.
Being Section 14, Block XV, Waikohu Survey District.
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38885, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1929.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Power-house Site in Block IX, Waitapu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a power-house site, and shall vest in the Golden Bay Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acres 0 roods 30 perches.
Being portion of river-bank reserve.
Situated in Block IX, Waitapu Survey District. (S.O. 92/29.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73843, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1929.
