SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 103 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Section 11 (Waihi Falls Scenic Reserve, Block XVI, Weber Survey District: Bounded towards the north by a public road, 6407·6 links; towards the north-east by a road reserve, 401·3 links; towards the south-east by Section 8 (E.R.), Block XVI, Weber Survey District, 2667·4 links; and towards the south-west by the Wellington Land District, 5785·7 links; save and excepting an area of 35 acres, edged blue, to be known as Section 11, as shown on Crown plan 1637, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 726, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Settlement and Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.


SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 22s, Motutara Settlement, Block XI, Kumeu Survey District: Area, 29 acres 3 roods 15 perches.

Section 6, Block X, Punakitere Survey District: Area, 9 acres 2 roods.
