IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitoa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4·8 perches.

Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 9805, being part of Orere North Block.

Situated in Block II, Orere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24923.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73889, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation altering a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway (Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 38, of the second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, altering a Proclamation defining the middle-line of a portion of the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway (Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation) in so far as it affects the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 47, folio 294, Wellington Registry, being part Section 41, Porirua District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of December, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken, 4·4 perches.

Being portion of Lot 30, D.P. 2073, being part Section 97.

Situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District (Porirua R.D.). (S.O. 2417.)
