A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Link-
water Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in
the Second Schedule hereto.

roads in Waiau Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.

Situated in Block III, Waiau Survey District. (Gisborne

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73619, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the portions of public reserves described in the
Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of a
road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the seventeenth day of December, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

Amending Scale of Dues charged for the Opotiki Wharf, vested
in the Opotiki Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
November, 1928.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-first
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1,
of the twelfth day of the following month, the management
of the wharf at Opotiki was vested in the Opotiki Borough
Council (who with its successors and assigns is hereinafter
called “the Council”), and dues and rates were prescribed
and made for the use of the said wharf:

And whereas it is desirable to amend the scale of dues
prescribed in the Second Schedule of the hereinbefore-recited
Order in Council in respect of the said wharf:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours
Act, 1923 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), and of all
other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf,
and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend
the scale of dues prescribed in the Second Schedule of the
hereinbefore, recited Order in Council by adding under the
