In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/11140, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2283, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1928.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 9 acres 1 rood 23 perches.
Being Section 47 (Crown land).

Situated in Block VII, Benger Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68673 (sheets 7 and 8), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a State forest; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

Being part R.S. 37080.
