Land taken for the Purposes of a State Forest in Oxford, Mairaki, Hawkins, and Rolleston Survey Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a State forest; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73927, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of November, 1928.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block I, Onewhero Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

Being portion of Allotment 251, Waiuku East Parish.
Situated in Block I, Onewhero Survey District. (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24717.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73307, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of November, 1928.
