the Schedule hereunder written, for a military reserve.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 14 perches, more or less,
being originally part of the land known as the Military
Reserve, situate at Point Dorset, in Block VII, Port Nichol-
son Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing
at a point on the north-western boundary of the said Military
Reserve 310·69 links south of the northernmost corner of
the said reserve; thence by a line bearing 198° 36′ 30″,
being the south-eastern side of Hector Street, 606·06 links;
thence by a line bearing 108° 36′ 30″, 303·03 links; thence
by a line bearing 18° 36′ 30″, 606·06 links; and thence by
a line bearing 288° 36′ 30″ 303·03 links, to the point of com-
mencement: Be all the aforesaid linkages and bearings a
little more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated
on plan numbered 39/46, deposited in the Wellington District
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon coloured
yellow.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 17th day of October, 1928.

Warrant vesting the Control of the Opouri River Road Bridges
and the Approaches thereto, in the Marlborough County
Council.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all
other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct
that the Opouri River Road bridges and the approaches
thereto (as more particularly described in the Schedule
hereto) shall, on and after the date of the gazetting hereof,
be under the exclusive care, control, and management of the
Marlborough County Council.

SCHEDULE.

THAT bridge in the Marlborough Land District over the
Opouri River known as the Opouri River Road Bridge, Lower
Crossing (together with the approaches thereto), situated
between the north-western corner of Section 5, Block II,
Wakamarina Survey District, and the southern boundary of
Section 6, Block II, Wakamarina Survey District.

Also that bridge in the said land district over the Opouri
River known as the Opouri River Road Bridge, Upper
Crossing (together with the approaches thereto), situated on
the south-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block II, Waka-
marina Survey District.

As the sites of the said bridges are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73344, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon marked with a red cross.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 19th day of October, 1928.

Warrant vesting the Control of the Wakamarina River Suspen-
sion Bridge, and the Approaches thereto, in the Marlborough
County Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all
other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby direct that the Wakamarina River Suspension Bridge
and the approaches thereto (as more particularly described
in the Schedule hereto), shall, on and after the date of the
gazetting hereof, be under the exclusive care, control, and
management of the Marlborough County Council.

SCHEDULE.

THAT bridge in the Marlborough Land District, over the
Wakamarina River, known as the Wakamarina River Suspen-
sion Bridge (together with the approach roads thereto on
both sides of the river) giving access to Sections 43 and 44,
Block XIV, Wakamarina Survey District, situated at the
south-eastern corner of Section 43, Block XIV, Wakamarina
Survey District. As the site of the said bridge and approach
roads is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 73386, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 19th day of October, 1928.

Regulations, 1928.
