- That public street known as Lambton Road, containing 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, passing through Suburban Section Number 46, Napier, and shown on the annexed plan coloured pink ;
- That public street, contained 18.45 perches, more or less, passing through Suburban Section Number 46, Napier, and shown on the annexed plan coloured blue";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of the street and portion of street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty feet from the centre-line of the said street and portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Borough of Napier, known as Lambton Road, adjoining part Suburban Section 46, Town of Napier.
Also all that portion of street in the said land district and borough known as Burns Terrace, adjoining part Lot 4 and Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 4940, and Lot 5, D.P. 3703, being part Suburban Section 46, Town of Napier.
As the said street and portion of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73302, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink and blue respectively.

Licensing Authority appointed under the Explosive and Dangerous Goods Amendment Act, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
[N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section nine of the Explosive and Dangerous Goods Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the Kumara Borough Council and the Manukau County Council to be licensing authorities for the purposes of the said Act within their respective districts.

Consenting to the Raising on the Instalment System, extending over a Period of Thirty Years, of a Loan of £530, authorized to be raised by the Johnsonville Town Board.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of October, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS section thirty-two of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926 (hereinafter called "the said Act"), provides that where any local authority has heretofore been or shall hereafter be authorized to raise a loan, whether pursuant to a poll of ratepayers, or otherwise, and whether such loan has been raised in part or not, such local authority may, with the consent of the Governor-General in Council, raise such loan or any part thereof upon terms of making the same, together with interest thereon, repayable by instalments extending over such period of years, whether in excess of the period mentioned in the poll taken on the proposal for such loan or not, and payable at such times as may be fixed by such local authority, and may permanently appropriate and pledge for the purpose of securing such instalments any special rate already made, or hereafter to be made, or any part of such special rate :
And whereas the Johnsonville Town Board (hereinafter called "the said local authority") has been authorized to borrow the sum of five hundred and thirty pounds by a loan to be known as "The Johnsonville Streets Improvement Supplementary Loan, 1928":
And whereas the said local authority is desirous of raising the said loan on the instalment system extending over a period of thirty years:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising by the said local authority of the said sum of five hundred and thirty pounds upon terms of making the same, together with interest thereon, repayable by instalments extending over a period of thirty years; and the said Johnsonville Town Board is hereby authorized to borrow the said sum accordingly.

Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of October, 1928.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

MURIMOTU 3B 2 Block, Blocks VIII, XII, XVI, Karioi Survey District, and Block V, Moawhango Survey District : Approximate area, 3,233 acres.
