Amending a Proclamation closing Portion of Road in Block I,
Otahuhu Survey District, One Tree Hill Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 43 of the seventeenth day of the same month, proclaiming as closed portion of a road in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, by inserting therein the following Schedule in lieu of the Schedule mentioned therein, which is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 4·2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Allotment 18 and Lot 1 of D.P. 10074, being Part Allotment 18, Section 11, and Allotment 63, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District. (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 24909.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73149, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1928.

Land taken for the Purposes of the Milk-supply of the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the milk-supply of the City of Wellington, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
