ERRATA. — With reference to New Zealand Gazette No. 70, dated 20th September, 1928, page 2844, under the heading “Award of Colonial Auxiliary Forces Officers’ Decoration,” for “Captain M. McKenzie” read “Captain M. McKechnie.”
In the second line of the Schedule attached to the Proclamation published in Gazette No. 59, of 18th August, 1927, page 2692, setting apart Crown land as a permanent State forest, for “part 2” read “part 3.”
Additional Land at Ngahauranga taken for the Purposes of the Wellington–Napier Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington–Napier Railway to take further land at Ngahauranga, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 5·33 perches.
Portion of closed road adjoining Section 10, Harbour District, Block XII, Belmont Survey District, Makara County. (S.O. 2378.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 39864,

deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured grey.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1928.

Abolishing the Waikato–West Coast Railway District, and dissolving the Board thereof.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Local Railways Amendment Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the Waikato–West Coast Railway District as constituted by a Proclamation dated the tenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the nineteenth day of the same month, and do hereby declare the Waikato–West Coast Railway Board, elected by ratepayers of the said district, to be dissolved as from the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1928.
