A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road in Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Wellington-Auckland (via Taranaki) Main Highway.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

1 0 31·6 Section 67, Pahautanui R.D.; coloured red.
1 1 11·7 ,, 68, ,, blue.
0 0 2·0 Section 90, Pahautanui R.D.; coloured yellow.

Situated in Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 2392.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 73058, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1928.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Site for Council Chambers in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District, Coromandel County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a site for Council Chambers, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Coromandel as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7·5 perches. Being portion of Kopuatoto No. 3 Block and Papaparoro Block.

Situated in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District. (S.O. 24742.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72843, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of September, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2·2 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 211, D.P. 19098, being part of Allotment 18, Waikomiti Parish.

Situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District. (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 24541.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72929, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
