Grazing property, situated nine miles from Ngongotaha Railway-station and dairy factory, and fourteen miles from Rotorua—five miles by metalled road; balance formed clay road. A school and post-office adjoin the area. About 10 acres in fair pasture, 20 acres in worn-out pasture, with blackberry and ragwort spreading; balance milled bush. Subdivided into five paddocks, watered by cistern. Property suited for grazing if used in conjunction with other lands.

Section 8, Block XI: Area, 75 acres 0 roods 28 perches. Capital value, £40. Deposit on deferred payments, £5; Half-yearly instalment, £1 2s. 9d. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, 16s.
Situated on the Oparau-Kinohaku Road, about six miles from Oparau. Section unimproved; covered with manuka and light bush comprising tawhero, rewarewa, &c. The soil is medium to poor quality, and there is a fair amount of blackberry along the Awaroa River. Suitable for dairying when fully developed.

Rotorua County.—Rotorua Survey District.
Section 3A, Block IX: Area, 200 acres. Capital value, £100. Deposit on deferred payments, £5; half-yearly instalment, £3 1s. 9d. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, £2.
Weighted with £15, valuation for improvements comprising about 20 chains fencing, payable in cash.
Situated about three miles by formed clay road from Mamaku School, post-office, and store. The nearest dairy factory is at Ngongotaha, twelve miles distant, cream being railed from Mamaku Station. Undulating to hilly land, covered with mixed bush comprising rimu, tawa, birch, &c., with mixed undergrowth. The soil is a light loam on pumice formation. Poorly watered. Ragwort and blackberry spreading.
