- SYSTEM OF SUPPLY.
The system of supply shall be the system described in paragraph (c) of clause 5 of the said regulations.
- GENERATING VOLTAGE.
The generating voltage shall be approximately 60 volts direct current between the terminals.
- DURATION OF LICENSE.
This license shall, unless sooner determined, whether by surrender by the licensee or by revocation under the provisions contained in the said regulations or in any amending or substituted regulations, continue in force for a period of twenty-one years from the date hereof.
- EFFECT OF DETERMINATION OF LICENSE.
The determination of this license, whether by expiration of time, by surrender, or by revocation as aforesaid shall not relieve the licensee from any liability theretofore incurred under this license.
- RAILWAY AND TELEGRAPH LINES.
The licensee shall, from time to time, rectify to the satisfaction of the Minister of Railways and Minister of Telegraphs, respectively, any interference or disturbance caused by the erection or operation of the licensee's system that affects the satisfactory working of any telegraph-line which is under the control of or in use by the Railway Department and the Post and Telegraph Department, respectively, and which was erected before the erection of the lines hereby licensed.
- REQUIREMENTS OF RUSSELL TOWN BOARD.
Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained, the licensee shall not, by virtue of these presents, be entitled to lay, construct, put up, place, or use the electric lines hereby authorized except subject to such conditions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this license or of the said regulations or any regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, as may from time to time lawfully be imposed by the Russell Town Board.
SCHEDULE.
FIRSTLY, a line adapted for supply as prescribed in these presents along a route commencing at the generating-station situated near the road known as "The Strand" in the Town District of Russell, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly, southerly, and then westerly direction to and then along The Strand and then along the Russell Wharf, a distance of approximately 767 ft. in all.
As the said respective lines are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 72235, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon indicated by black lines.

Recreation Reserve in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of September, 1928.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Mangamahu Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of September, 1928.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section twenty-six of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926, it is provided that the Bay of Islands County Council shall be the Hospital Board of the Bay of Islands Hospital District: And whereas by the said section it is further provided that if in the said hospital district there is at any time a contributory local authority other than the said County Council, the Governor-General may, by Order in Council, provide that one or more representatives of the contributory district other than the county shall be elected in the manner provided by the said Act: And whereas in the Bay of Islands Hospital District there is now a contributory local authority other than the Bay of Islands County—namely, the Kaikohe Town Board: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the said Act, doth hereby provide that one representative of the Kaikohe Town Board shall be elected in the manner provided by the said Act, and shall be added to the Bay of Islands County Council in its capacity as the Bay of Islands Hospital Board, and doth hereby declare that the provisions hereby made shall take effect and the first election of such representative shall be held on the date of the next ensuing election of members of the Kaikohe Town Board, which date is hereby declared to be the date specified pursuant to subsection two (b) of section twenty-six of the said Act. And doth further declare that in all other respects the regulations made under the said Act on the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-second day of the same month, at page 773, shall, so far as applicable, apply as if incorporated in this Order in Council.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Health Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby make the regulations hereinafter set out in amendment of the Hairdressers (Health) Regulations, 1926 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations"), made on the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the Gazette on the thirteenth day of the same month, at page 1276.
REGULATIONS.
(1) THESE regulations may be cited as the Hairdressers' (Health) Regulations Extension, 1928, and shall be read together with and from part of the principal regulations. (2) The principal regulations shall be in force in the districts set out in the Schedule hereto as from the 30th day of September, 1928.
