March; Sections 38, 39, 50, 51, 36, 37, 22A, Block 2, Waihi South Survey District; Lot 3, part 13 and 14, and Section 3, Block 2, Waihi South Survey District; all land on deposited plan 12530, and Lot 1 on plan 11991 of Section 8 and Sections 9 and 10, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District; Lots 6, 15, 16, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District; Lots 1, 2, 3 of Subdivision of Sections 1 and 2, Waihi South Survey District; Sections 4, 5, 6, parts 7 (50 acres and 1 acre) 8, 9, Block 2, Waihi South Survey District; Section 10 and part 12 and 13 (600 acres 2 roods 10 perches), Block 2, Waihi South Survey District; Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Block V, Waihi South Survey District; Lot 1, part Section 11 (100 acres); part Section 11 (200 acres), Block V, Waihi South Survey District; part Section 12 (121 acres 3 roods 20 perches), Block V, Waihi South Survey District; Lot 12 on plan 13526, of 11 to 14, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District; Sections 19 and 20, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District; Section 35, Block 2, Waihi South Survey District; Lot 4 of 11 to 14, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District: And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay intends to execute a certain public work—namely, the erection of a public school —and to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school, the following land, namely:—
All that parcel of land situate in the County of Wairoa containing by admeasurement three acres, more or less, being part of Section 4, Raupo Block, situate in Block II, Taramarama Survey District, being the whole of the land edged pink on the plan hereinafter referred to, a copy of which is also deposited in the office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Gisborne under Number 1328 (brown):
Notice is further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of Messrs. Sandeman and Chamberlain, Solicitors, Wairoa, and is open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours:
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land, who have any well-founded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, are hereby called upon to state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay, at its office in Browning Street, Napier, New Zealand.
