District Public Trustee appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
David O'Donoghue,
being a person holding the office of District Public Trustee at Whangarei, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Constable John Crowley
to be Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrates' Court at Ross for the purposes of the Magistrates' Courts Act, 1908, and Bailiff of the Warden's Court at Ross for the Westland Mining District, constituted under the Mining Act, 1926, as from the 11th day of August, 1928.
