1924, do hereby cancel the reservation over the primary-education reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, and do hereby reserve in lieu thereof the Crown land of equal value described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY-EDUCATION RESERVE OVER WHICH RESERVATION CANCELLED.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 114 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Allotment 81, Education Reserve, Omaru Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 19472A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 2513.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
DESCRIPTION OF CROWN LAND RESERVED IN LIEU THEREOF.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, containing by admeasurement 100 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Sections 16, 22, 23, and 26, Block VI, Hukerenui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 19472B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plans 2674A, 16021, 24797.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 7th day of August, 1928.

Notice of Change of the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Block XI, Puhi Puhi Survey District, Marlborough Land District.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section six of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), the Governor-General is empowered, in the case of any public reserve vested in His Majesty or the Governor-General for any of the purposes comprised in Class II of the Second Schedule to the said Act, to change the purpose for which such reserve was set apart to any other purpose:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a resting-place for stock, being a purpose within Class II of the Second Schedule to the said Act, and it is expedient to change, as hereinafter provided, the purpose of such portion:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance of the powers conferred on me by section six of the said Act as aforesaid, declare that the portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a resting-place for stock to a reserve for a gravel-pit. And I do hereby further declare that this notice is issued subject to the provisions of section seven of the said Act, and shall take effect according to the provisions of that section.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 20·6 perches, being originally a portion of Stock-resting Reserve A, but now known as Section 26, Block XI, Puhi Puhi Survey District: Bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by a public road, 198·5 links and 291·1 links; towards the north-east and south-east by Section 19 (originally part of Reserve A), 856·7 links and 270·4 links, respectively; and towards the south-west by Small Grazing-run 112, 986 links: Be all the aforesaid measurements a little more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 4th day of August, 1928.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash or on deferred payments; and I hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
