to be under the Control and Management of the Tauranga
Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day
of December, 1927.
Present :
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the
date of this Order in Council, be under the control and
management of the Tauranga Borough Council.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Borough of
Tauranga, known as Dive Crescent. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 70520,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

in Block VIII, Hororata Survey District.

August, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
such land being no longer required for the public work for
which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold :
2 roods.
Being Lots 3 and 4, Block IX (D.P. 406), part R.S. 14987

Situated in Block VIII, Hororata Survey District.
In the Canterbury Land District: as the same is more

section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
George Colebrook,
Thomas Roland Colebrook,
Ian Burman Gow,
Christopher James Jesperson,
Frederick Thomas Linsell,
Frederick William Snelling, and
Cecil Ralph Terry
to be the Rangitaiki Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Wednesday, the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-eight, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time
when, and Mr. T. R. Colebrook’s residence, Edgecumbe, as
the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-
seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
fourteen, and gazetted on the first day of April then instant
(hereinafter referred to as “the said Order”), the Copyright
Act, 1913, was extended to the foreign countries therein
mentioned, subject to the provisions set out in the said Order ;
And whereas it is desired to extend the said Act and the
provisions of the said Order to Roumania, subject to the modi-
fications herein set forth and the reservation mentioned in the
Schedule to this Order :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the
Copyright Act, 1913, doth hereby extend the said Order to
