revoke the regulation made by the above-mentioned Order in Council, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the regulation set forth in the Schedule hereto, and doth declare that the said revocation shall take effect and the regulation hereby made shall come into force on the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
- INLAND commercial papers or printed papers from two or more persons or firms or which, in the opinion of the Postmaster, have the appearance of having emanated from two or more persons or firms, shall not be enclosed in the one cover or envelope. Any packet found to infringe this regulation shall be surcharged double the difference between the amount of postage payable if the matter relating to the several persons or firms had been posted separately and the amount of postage affixed to the packet.

Declaring Portions of Road in Block IX, Mangaone Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of August, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.

Domain Board appointed to have control of the Alfredton Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of August, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Sinclair Munro George,
Dalton McNeil Parsonson,
Foster Percy,
Thomas Smith, and
Thomas Avery Weston
to be the Alfredton Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, at three o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Alfredton Public Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
ALFREDTON DOMAIN.—WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 234, Town of Alfredton. Bounded towards the north and east generally by Holdsworth Street, by Sections Nos. 3, 2, 1, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14, by Grey Street, by Section No. 70, again by Grey Street, by Featherston Street, and again by Grey Street; and towards the south and west generally by the Te Hoe River.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, being Section No. 201, Block XII, Mangaone Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Moroa Native Reserve and by the abutment of a road, 1269 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 204, 4039 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 79, 760 links, by the crossing of a public road 101·5 links, by that road 62·6 links, and by Section No. 116, 60·5 links and 2060 links; and towards the west and north-west generally by Ihuraua River, by Section No. 203, 329 links, by a public road 667 links, by the crossing of that road 101·5 links, and by Section No. 202, 2202 links; save and except that portion of a public road which intersects the area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Amending Cook Islands Treasury Regulations.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of July, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon him by section thirty-four of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, doth hereby amend the Cook Islands Treasury Regulations, 1916, in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
CLAUSE 28 of the Cook Islands Treasury Regulations, 1916, as set out in an Order in Council dated the 1st day of February, 1921, and published in the Gazette of the 17th day of the same month, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “not exceeding in any case one year” the words “in the case of the Cook Islands Account, and not exceeding three years in the case of the Niue Island Account.”
