NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of F. DALTON AND COMPANY, LTD., Motor Engineers.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above company are required, on or before the 19th day of August, 1928, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims in full detail and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to CHAS. F. CORK, Accountant, 103 Chancery Chambers, O’Connell Street, Auckland, the Liquidator of the said company, and if so requested in writing from the said Liquidator are personally (or by their solicitors) to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of F. DALTON AND COMPANY, LTD., of Auckland, Motor Engineers.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, Manchester Unity Buildings, Victoria and Hobson Streets, Auckland, on Monday, the 16th day of July, 1928, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the same be wound up accordingly.”

At the same meeting CHAS. F. CORK, of Auckland, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

Dated this 19th day of July, 1928.

MURRAY ELECTRICAL COMPANY, LTD.

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of MURRAY ELECTRICAL COMPANY, LTD.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, held on the 5th day of July, 1928, the following resolution was passed:—

“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that DAVID FERGUSON SMITH, of Auckland, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

Creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 31st August, 1928, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts and claims to the Liquidator, and, if so required by notice in writing, are to come in and prove their debts and claims, or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such debts and claims are proved.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of FRANCIS AND TAYLOR, LIMITED (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 9th day of July, 1928, presented to the Honourable Sir William Alexander Sim, Kt., a Judge of the Supreme Court, by REO MOTORS, LIMITED, a creditor and contributory of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at Dunedin on the 8th day of August, 1928, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing (by himself or his counsel) for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

BURT’S FAMILY SERVICE LAUNDRY, LTD.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

IT having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company, by reason of its liabilities, cannot continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, it is hereby resolved that the company shall and does hereby go into voluntary liquidation, and that for that purpose THOMAS WILLIAM MABEN, of Auckland, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company at a remuneration to be fixed.
